Saving the Heat - A message from Dr. Jeffrey Bell

Dear Friends, Savings!  Savings!   Savings!   That is certainly the name of the game in today's economy.    A part of  Phase I in the designation of the $1,000,000 was that we would do projects that would help us to become energy efficient.  By insulating the attic of Tracy Hall (the dormitory building) and the hallways of the Elva P.
